Ross Bowles has over thirty years mechanical machine design experience in heavy industry including Mining and Power Generation, Sugar and Pulp & Paper. For more than twenty years he has been involved in all facets of CM programs, using and developing the latest technology in CM equipment.
Early experience was gained while working for the SECV on coal plant and power station testing systems then on to establishing one of the first CSi CM programs in Australia for the large open cut mine at the Loy Yang Power Station. Later years at Australian Paper and then supporting the Snowy Mountains Hydro CM program and more recently working with Sydney Water, Transfield Services and many Co-generation clients, has given Ross the hands on expertise to manage large CM projects.
Ross has a proven track record in the training of maintenance tradespeople, in the fundamentals of machine condition monitoring and the use of vibration monitoring equipment, which has assisted in the development of many world class CM programs.
