 Director

​Ross founded CMA because he had a passion for providing knowledge and service to the Condition Monitoring field.  With a desire to provide a world best practice to help clients be known for their quality, he has built a team that is qualified, focused, experienced and passionate about CM.  He has over 40 year’s mechanical machine design experience in heavy industry including Mining and Power Generation, Sugar and Pulp & Paper.  For more than 25 years he has been involved in all facets of CM programs, using and developing the latest technology in CM equipment.

Ross has a proven track record in the training of maintenance tradespeople, in the fundamentals of machine condition monitoring and the use of vibration monitoring equipment, which has assisted in the development of many world class CM programs.

​Diane has many years of experience in marketing, sales, customer relationship management, ecommerce, training and customer retention programs.  She has helped launch two new companies and uses her analytical skills to help improve business operations.  She currently works as General Manager managing all administrative and strategic operational matters.

Craig has extensive experience in fitting and fabrication particularly in the mining and water treatment industry’s. Over the past twelve years he has been responsible for the CM programs for CMA clients in New South Wales, Queensland and the Pacific where he has gained valuable experience in routine data collection and detailed machine analysis, shaft and pulley laser alignment, in situ balancing, CM training and commissioning of new machinery. Craig also has an in depth knowledge in setting up client databases to suite individual machines.

Craig has expanded his experience into the Co-Generation field where he has gained valuable experience in monitoring gas powered engines and alternators.

Craig has developed his CM expertise with Motor Circuit Analysis and is assisting clients to realise significant cost savings through the detection of electrical unbalance in 3 phase AC motors.


​Victoria Client Support Technician

Glen Forster

Glen Forster has worked as a Mechanical project Manager and Maintenance specialist for over 20 years. He joined the CMA team in 2006.  Glen manages and supports Condition Monitoring programs for CMA’s Victorian client list for the past ten years. He has travelled interstate and internationally to assist with training and CM system implementation.

Glen has a broad technical knowledge of many different machine types in a wide variety of Industries, and specialises in fault severity diagnosis and equipment re-design.

Glen became a certified Level 2 Vibration Analyst in October 2011, and is currently preparing to sit his Level 3 Vibration Analysis Certification later this year.

Steve has proven machine diagnostic and project supervision skills from over 12 years specialising in the Power Generation and Mining industries.   His extensive experience with heavy diesel fitting has provided solid problem solving techniques of a vast range of both electrical and mechanical rotating machinery.   
 
As Business Development Manager Steve focuses on understanding all facets of his clients business so that a complete package of solutions are provided to solve clients unique machine issues.


​Queensland Client Support Technician

Elton has worked in the sugar industry for over 12 years with the last five years as Reliability Manager at the MacKay sugar mills.
​
Elton joined CMA to work at the BMA Hay Point coal terminal as Client Support Technician for Condition Monitoring Australia to help train and implement their in house CM program.
Elton obtained his Vibration analyst Category II in 2014 and his NDT  Level 2 in 2013.
