Steve has proven machine diagnostic and project supervision skills from over 17 years specialising in the Power Generation and Mining industries. His extensive experience with heavy diesel fitting has provided solid problem solving techniques of a vast range of both electrical and mechanical rotating machinery.

Craig has extensive experience in fitting and fabrication particularly in the mining and water treatment industry’s. Over the past nineteen years he has been responsible for the CM programs for CMA clients in New South Wales, Queensland and the Pacific where he has gained valuable experience in routine data collection and detailed machine analysis, shaft and pulley laser alignment, in situ balancing, CM training and commissioning of new machinery. Craig also has an in depth knowledge in setting up client databases to suite individual machines. Craig has expanded his experience into the Co-Generation field where he has gained valuable experience in monitoring gas powered engines and alternators. Craig has developed his CM expertise with Motor Circuit Analysis and is assisting clients to realise significant cost savings through the detection of electrical unbalance in 3 phase AC motors.
